Sound Therapy
We are designed to be in harmony with ourselves and our environment, but in today's world, we often go out of tune and need adjustments.
During a Sound Session, Lucy plays alchemy crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, voice and many other therapeutic instruments which create harmony in one's physical, emotional, mental & spiritual field.

Lucy is a certified sound therapist, receiving her certification in Nosara, Costa Rica at Shanti Sounds. She studied with world-renowned teachers in this field, Michael and Ayi Wong Mayzel. Lucy completed her Advanced Sound Healing studies with UK's Sound Healing Academy. She is an advanced certified practitioner of Biofield Tuning (tuning forks), studying with Eileen Mckusick. Lucy received her certified Reiki practitioner training with Libby Barnett and she is now training to be a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner with Isa Gucciardi, Ph.D., at Foundation of the Sacred Stream.
Lucy is a certified yoga instructor, meditation guide, music videographer, composer, mom, English teacher and a touring musician traveling the world making music with her family.
She brings all of her life experience to help connect to the vibration of the planet through music, intention and sound awareness.
