Sync Into Sound is a holistic sound therapy practice offering individualized sessions that blend science and soul.
Founded with the intention of helping people reconnect to themselves and their natural state of balance, we use sound, vibration, light, and subconscious healing to support profound transformation.
Led by a certified practitioner with years of experience in Biofield Tuning, sound therapy, hypnotherapy, and vibrational healing, sessions are tailored to each person’s physical, emotional, and energetic needs.
Two Seasonal Locations
Sync Into Sound operates year-round in Sarasota, Florida, and seasonally in Deer Isle, Maine. Sessions are by appointment only and conducted in peaceful, legally established home studios.
Walk-ins are not permitted, and exact addresses are provided upon booking.

Lucy is a certified sound therapist, receiving her certification in Nosara, Costa Rica at Shanti Sounds. She studied with world-renowned teachers in this field, Michael and Ayi Wong Mayzel.
Lucy completed her Advanced Sound Healing studies with Natalie Brown at UK's Sound Healing Academy (SHA).
As an advanced certified practitioner of Biofield Tuning, Lucy trained directly with Eileen McKusick, mastering the use of tuning forks to balance the body’s energy field. She also became a certified Reiki practitioner through training with Libby Barnett and is currently deepening her expertise by training as a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner with Isa Gucciardi, Ph.D., at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream, where she also earned certification as a hypnotherapist.
Beyond her work in sound healing, Lucy is a certified yoga instructor, meditation guide, music videographer, composer, English and music teacher, mom, and a touring musician who travels the world performing with her family. She integrates all of her life experiences to help others connect more deeply to themselves and the vibration of the planet through sound, intention, and awareness.
